Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Securely pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Affix Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is processed.
